Thank you for choosing Revano Life LLC ("Revano Life," "Revano," "we," "us," or "our").
Because prescription products are subject to pharmacy, safety, and regulatory requirements, prescription products generally cannot be returned once they have been dispensed or shipped and are not eligible for reuse or resale. FDA guidance explains the safety concern with returning medications to pharmacy stock after they have left the pharmacy's control.
All Sales of Prescription Products
Except as otherwise required by applicable law or as described in this policy, sales of prescription products are final once the prescription has been processed and the product has been dispensed or shipped.
We generally cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Orders
If you believe that there has been an error in the fulfillment of your prescription, that you received an incorrect product, or that your order was damaged or lost during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible at:
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, coordinate with the applicable pharmacy, fulfillment provider, or other relevant party to determine the appropriate resolution.
Please do not dispose of any product or packaging that you believe was incorrectly fulfilled or damaged until you have received further instructions.
Prescription Approval and Cancellations
Submission of a treatment request, completion of a questionnaire, or payment for a requested product does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
If a healthcare practitioner determines that treatment is not appropriate and no prescription is issued, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the terms presented to you during the ordering process and applicable law.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once a prescription has been reviewed, transmitted to a pharmacy, processed, dispensed, or shipped.
